Prefabricated Shade Sails

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. Item must be returned in original condition, unused and packaging in good condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving goods.

Warranty

HDPE shade sails have a 5-year UV warranty. Waterproof shade sails have a 1-year UV warranty.

We offer a one year warranty on the manufacturing of the Shade sail, including any faults in the stitching or cloth defects.

Postage 

Remote, Rural, and out of our courier service area postage surcharges will apply on these bulky items: Heavy duty shade sails with the following measurements: 3x5, 3x6, 3x8, 4x5, 4x6, 4x7, 5x6, 5x7, 5x8, 6x6, 6x7, 6x8

and waterproof sails with the measurements of 4x5 and 5x5. Please contact us prior to ordering

 

Custom Made Shade Sails

Alterations to orders‐ you can alter an order only before the Manufacturing starts. Cancellation of order‐ you can only cancel an order before we start making the shade sail. Faulty goods‐ Please inspect goods upon delivery, in the unlikely event of there being a fault. Shade Matters will replace or remedy the goods if there
is faulty material, faulty workmanship, goods damaged in transit, or an error made by Shade Matters.

Liability

Shade Matters will be under no liability whatever to the Client for any indirect loss and /or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the client in the event of a return of goods.

Warranty

• A manufacturer’s warranty of 1year on workmanship.
• HDPE shade sails have a 5-year UV warranty. Waterproof shade sails have a 1-year UV warranty.
• Gore Tenara sewing thread‐ 15-year warranty 

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

• The 1-year workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation. The sail must be installed firm and tight, so as to reduce wind flap.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee. We can reimburse you for your product cost but are not able to reimburse for courier cost for delivery or return. Item must be returned in original condition. A $15.00 minimum or 15% of the purchase price, restocking fee is applicable, which is to cover the cost of postage built into the original selling price.
