Absolutely, each of our pre-made shade sails is accompanied by a comprehensive set of fitting instructions. We understand that installing a shade sail can be a new experience for some customers, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

Does my Shade Sail come with fittings / hardware?
As per the product page images, the sail will come with corner attachment points. No other hardware is included, however we offer a range of Hardware kits and specialist hardware such as Turnbuckles, Eye Plates and more.

How are your shade sails measured?
The measurement of our shade sails is a straightforward process that ensures you get the perfect fit for your space. We measure from corner to corner. Each corner of our shade sails includes a stainless steel ring. When we say we measure corner to corner, specifically referring to the distance from the edge of one ring to the edge of the opposing ring. This method gives us the 'straight line' or 'edge length' measurement of the shade sail.

Are there joins in the material of the shade sails?
Yes, certain sizes of our shade sails have joins to accommodate their expansive dimensions. For detailed specifications on which shades feature joins and further information on the construction, please refer to the specifications link provided below.

Does my item come with a warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on our products, however they must strictly be installed as per the recommended method in the supplied instructions.
Do you offer installation or a customisation service?
While we strive to provide a comprehensive service to all of our customers, we currently do not offer installation or customisation services. We understand that these services can be beneficial, but at this stage, they are beyond our scope.
However, please don't let this deter you. Our shade sails are designed with ease of installation in mind, and each one comes with a detailed set of instructions. These instructions guide you through every step of the process, from planning your space to securing the sail.
What material are the shade sails made from?
Our waterproof shade sails are made from 100% Polyester
with 200GSM. While our heavy duty shade sails are made from HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) with a 280GSM.
